The Riverside has been a prominent building on historic Grand River Avenue since its construction in 1920. This former cold storage warehouse has industrial chic features that are perfect for inspiring guests at your next event.
With up to 8,000 square feet of space available and several large rooms, The Riverside can be used for a wide range of event sizes and types including corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, and weddings.

The Riverside
In 1920, The Riverside was originally built as a cold storage warehouse called The Riverside Cartage and Storage Co. Our venue's name is a tribute to our roots. You can still see several of our original features including fire doors, Albert Kahn-style martini columns, a walk-in safe, and engraved R's all around the exterior of the building.
Other businesses have inhabited our building since Riverside Cartage and Storage Co. closed its doors, and we are proud to have had the chance to refurbish the space into a more modern use without damaging the integrity of the building.
